Though conveniently located near hotels, restaurants + shops in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte, North Carolina, you will feel the serenity of our garden retreat the moment you step foot onto our property.

Built in the 1850's, our historic estate acts as the backdrop to the surrounding English Cottage gardens, meandering pathways, tranquil ponds, whimsical vignettes, and a beautiful 4,400 square ft. reception tent. The outdoor wedding locations and photo opportunities are endless, and our packages are designed to fit the needs of every engaged couple.

The Ivy

Our most popular weekend option designed for a flexible + relaxed timeline, this package allows couples, their families, and their guests to soak in time spent on the property.

  • Non-premium dates: $8,100

  • Premium dates: $8,700

  • 13 hours on wedding day

  • Up to 200 guests

  • Early (Friday) access for delivery + setup

  • Earlier cottage access time

  • Sunday morning breakdown

The Gardenia

Our Saturday-only package is ideal for those with less need for extensive setup or for those hosting offsite rehearsal dinners.

  • Non-Premium dates: $6,900

  • Premium dates: $7,500

  • 13 hours on wedding day

  • Up to 200 guests

  • Setup begins at 10am

  • Cottage access at 10am

  • Wedding ends at 10pm

  • Breakdown complete by 11pm

The Camelia

Curated for an intimate wedding or outdoor reception this Sunday package is affordable and unique, creating a serene garden setting.

  • Non Premium Date: $4,400

  • Premium Date: $4,900

  • 10 hours on wedding day

  • Up to 150 guests

  • Setup begins at 12pm

  • Cottage access at 12pm

  • Wedding ends at 9pm

  • Breakdown complete by 10pm
