Built in the 1850's, our historic estate acts as the backdrop to the surrounding English Cottage gardens, meandering pathways, tranquil ponds, whimsical vignettes, and a beautiful 4,400 square ft. reception tent. The outdoor wedding locations and photo opportunities are endless, and our packages are designed to fit the needs of every engaged couple.

The Ivy

Our most popular weekend option designed for a flexible + relaxed timeline, this package allows couples, their families, and their guests to soak in time spent on the property.

  • Non-premium dates: $8,900

  • Premium dates: $9,900

  • 13 hours on wedding day

  • Early (Friday) access for delivery + setup

  • Earlier cottage access time

The Gardenia

Our Saturday-only package is ideal for those with less need for extensive setup or for those hosting offsite rehearsal dinners.

  • Cottage access at 10am
